We offer a Builder Best® Program that offers long-term protection against market volatility and minimizes the effects of fluctuating interest rates. This program provides for the security that a rising rate environment will not negatively impact the affordability of the home.
Program Highlights:

· Lock options for 180 – 270 – 360 days
· ARM products: 3yr, 5yr, 7yr, and 10yr
· Fixed Rate products: 15yr and 30yr
· 1% of the loan amount required for deposit (refunded or applied to closing fees at close)

Adam Wise leads the Marin County team for Mortgage Services Professionals, a joint venture with Wells Fargo Bank and Pacific Union. He has consistently been a top producer, averaging $60M in annual production. Adam was formerly the Founder and CEO of WiseConnect, a Venture Backed software provider. WiseConnect provided a web-based software solution for retail real estate acquisition and management – optimizing the deployment of new store locations.
